1. What we collect
- Account and order data: name, email, phone number, billing and payment details.
- Intake answers: the situation you describe when a personalized product is created for you. This can include personal reflections you choose to share - share only what you are comfortable sharing.
- Concierge messages: the sentence you type into the on-site concierge, processed in the moment to point you to the right ritual.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interaction data via cookies.
2. How we use it
To generate and deliver your personalized products, process payments, provide support, send communications you have opted into, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Your intake answers are used to create your products - not to build advertising profiles.
3. AI processing
Personalized products and the concierge are powered by third-party AI infrastructure providers acting as processors on our behalf. Your intake answers and concierge messages are transmitted to these providers solely to generate your content, under their API data-handling terms, and are not used by us to train AI models.

5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to object to or restrict processing; to opt out of marketing at any time; and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
